Optiek Van Overloop put the chic into geek with their
amazing l.a.Eyeworks NERDVANA window displays in Sint Niklaas, Belgium!
Wow! We thought there wasn’t room for more “ultra” in our
UltraMost frame . . . until our friends at Berendsen Optiek in Huissen, The
Netherlands, made this unbelievable homage that is simply macro-magnificent -- right down to the frog toe!

Our good friends at Les
Plus Belles Lunettes du Monde in Paris have
just fired up their on-line blog, and of course, the first story they launched
into the blogosphere was about l.a.Eyeworks.
During our recent trip to
Paris for the SILMO optical trade fair, Les Plus Belles welcomed the
installation
complete with a storefront
display of vintage l.a.Eyeworks frames,
culminating
in a press event at their beautiful store.

l.a.Eyeworks really
knows how to throw a party – or a trunk show for that matter! With our hip window concept “Nerdvana”
adorning the storefront, our man in the East, Louis Schneider, threw an amazing
looking l.a.Eyeworks trunk show at Fox Optical & Gallery in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania. Sporting his Bodhi frame
in charcoal with palladium, Louis hosted the show by styling everyone in
l.a.Eyeworks’ newest collection. Thanks

l.a.Eyeworks took its infamous Nervdana window graphic, and conquered New York! As you may remember from the last post, the windows were being installed. Now that they are all up, we've received some great photos of the various storefronts that you can check out in the Windows photo album! The photo above comes from Selima Optique, who was one of the five lucky stores to get decked out with the colorful graphic. New York will never be the same!
When we say "We See Through You", we're not kidding. Everyone has a little nerd inside them that just screams to be transformed into geek-chic!
